Cheshire Home Bargains and Aldi shopping centre car park brings in new rules
You face being fined for the first time
Drivers face being fined on a shopping centre car park for the first time. New rules came into force on West Heath Shopping Centre, in Congleton, from this week.
Patrols are being carried out and the free car park now has a maximum two-and-a-half hour parking limit. Rule-breaking drivers will be fined £100 - with the penalty reduced to £60 if paid within 14 days.
Home Bargains, Aldi, Subway, and a Morrisons convenience store are among the shopping centre tenants.
