The eagerly-anticipated new Harrods 'H-Beauty' store in Chester city centre opens its doors this week. The store - located inside part of the iconic former Browns of Chester building - launches on Thursday, February 12.
Arriving in Eastgate Square, the store is H-Beauty’s first in the North West and has been designed as a 'welcoming and inclusive space for all beauty lovers'. Expert consultants will be on hand in an environment that promises to blend luxury with accessibility.
The new store features a curation of the world’s best beauty brands, from globally renowned icons to rising stars across skincare, makeup, haircare, and fragrance, including Dior, Charlotte Tilbury with its newly reformulated Magic Cream, Gisou, Color Wow, Creed, Ex Nihilo, Maison Crivelli and more.
H-Beauty Chester also marks the debut of L’Occitane and Dr Belmeur, both joining the H-Beauty portfolio for the first time. The store further expands its exclusive offering with the arrival of Brow Spa, its first-ever partnership with H-Beauty and the only location to house the brand’s full brow services.
Customers can also enjoy Sol de Janeiro’s ‘Make It Mine’ personalisation concept, available exclusively in-store. Designed as 'an immersive beauty playground', H-Beauty Chester invites customers to discover the latest launches at interactive play tables, book brand new exclusive treatments, and join live tutorials and workshops in the dedicated masterclass auditorium.
Every element of the store has been crafted to encourage discovery and play, from personalised fragrance consultations to indulgent facials and beauty services in the private treatment room, creating a space where guests can explore, learn and elevate their beauty routine. Once customers have snapped up their favourites and enjoyed a pampering, they can pop over to EL&N Café - offering speciality coffees and smoothies, handcrafted patisserie and an all-day brunch.
