It has two reception rooms and two bathrooms - including a luxury en-suite attached to the master bedroom. The property is being sold on a freehold basis and has both a primary and secondary school within a mile of the front door.

It's also well connected to transport links, situated just minutes away from the Shavington bypass and Crewe railway station.

The double detached garage has it's own driveway, garden access and is futureproofed with an external electric car charging point installed.

One of two sets of double French doors lead from the kitchen to the landscaped garden, which holds a large patio area.

The other set provide outdoor access from the living room.

The corner-plot property is the largest on the highly sought-after Willow Brook Grange development - clocking in at a whopping 1,828 square feet.

A separate study/office provides the perfect space for homeworking or revision.

The property was first listed in June - and has since been reduced by a cool £10,000.

Average property values in the CW2 postcode have climbed nearly 6% in the last 12 months to over £326,000.

Richard Donnell, Executive Director of Research at Zoopla, said: “The housing market is not immune from higher mortgage rates which we are starting to see increase quickly.

"Buyer interest is expected to slow over the coming months as people tighten their belts and spend with more caution which will see price growth weaken further."
