One lucky person is guaranteed to win a dream £4m home in Cheshire's ‘Golden Triangle’ - and all for just £10. The luxurious four-bedroom Alderley Edge property with its own indoor pool is up for grabs in the latest Omaze Million Pound House Draw.

The stunning home is set in the heart of one of the UK’s most exclusive and desirable residential areas - the Golden Triangle - which also encompasses the affluent villages of Wilmslow and Prestbury. Famed for its privacy, natural beauty and high-end village lifestyle, Alderley Edge is a long-time favourite among Premier League footballers and celebrities.

If the winner decides to keep the property, the £250,000 would enable them to run the house for many years. The house also comes with £165,000 worth of furnishings, ready for the winner to enjoy the day they get the keys. If the winner decides to rent it out, local estate agents estimate that the property could achieve a long-term rental value of between £18,000 to £20,000 per month.

This is the third time Omaze has offered a desirable property in Cheshire, where the very first Omaze house was given away in 2020, and a lucky football fan won a £3.5 million pound house last year. As well as making its Grand Prize Winner a multi-millionaire, the Omaze Million Pound House Draw, Cheshire, will raise money for Anthony Nolan.

The money raised by the Omaze community will help fund the Anthony Nolan Stem Cell Collection Centre in Nottingham, getting lifesaving stem cells to those who need them faster.
