End of an era as Cheshire cafe shuts its doors for good

A café has shut with immediate effect. The Courtyard Cafe was located on Hall Farm, on Crewe Road, in Alsager.
But the owner has now had to shut the cafe for personal reasons. It comes as Hall Farm Shop closed on the same site last September.
In a social media post to customers, the venue stated: "It is with great sadness that I have had to make the very difficult decision to close the cafe permanently. I would like to thank all my amazing staff for their hard work over the last few years and helping us get through to Christmas.
