A former church transformed into a theatre with a bar and office space has bene put on the market. Chester Music Theatre on Tarvin Road in Boughton is up for sale with offers in excess of £225,000 being sought.

The property is being marketed by BA Commercial. The Rightmove listing states: "The property comprises a detached former church building currently configured as a performance venue with ancillary bar and office space.

"The building retains many attractive period features, including high ceilings, exposed beams and arched windows. Internally, the main theatre hall offers flexible use and is centred around a raised stage suitable for live performances, presentations, or community events.
