There is still time to be in with a chance of winning a dream £4m home in Cheshire's ‘Golden Triangle’ - and all for just £10. The luxurious four-bedroom Alderley Edge property with its own indoor pool is up for grabs in the latest Omaze Million Pound House Draw.
But to have a chance of becoming the new owner you'll have to act quickly. The Grand Prize Draw closes tomorrow (Sunday, July 27) for online entries while the deadline for postal entries is Tuesday, July 29.
The stunning home is set in the heart of one of the UK’s most exclusive and desirable residential areas - the Golden Triangle - which also encompasses the affluent villages of Wilmslow and Prestbury. Famed for its privacy, natural beauty and high-end village lifestyle, Alderley Edge is a long-time favourite among Premier League footballers and celebrities.

The house comes mortgage-free, with all stamp duty and legal fees covered. The winner is also given a whopping £250,000 in cash to help them settle in and can decide to either live in the house, rent it out for a supplementary income, or sell it whenever they wish to become a cash multi-millionaire.

If the winner decides to keep the property, the £250,000 would enable them to run the house for many years. The house also comes with £165,000 worth of furnishings, ready for the winner to enjoy the day they get the keys. If the winner decides to rent it out, local estate agents estimate that the property could achieve a long-term rental value of between £18,000 to £20,000 per month.
As well as making its Grand Prize Winner a multi-millionaire, the Omaze Million Pound House Draw, Cheshire, will raise money to help fund the Anthony Nolan Stem Cell Collection Centre in Nottingham, getting lifesaving stem cells to those who need them faster.
