Drivers are facing delays across Cheshire's motorway network this morning - after three collisions. There are currently delays on the M53, M56 and M6 where delays range from 'severe' to 'long'.
Starting with the M53 and one lane has been shut between Junction 10 and Junction 11 on the southbound carriageway due to an overturned vehicle. That has seen congestion go all the way back to Junction 5.
Over on the M56 and the westbound is 'partially blocked' due to a smash at Junction 12. Meanwhile on the M6 and three lanes have been 'blocked' on the northbound stretch around the Thelwall Viaduct.
The restrictions are in place from Junction 20 to Junction 21 - with congestion back to Junction 19. Traffic monitoring system Inrix is reporting it's the second smash this morning in the area.
We will bring you all the latest in our dedicated blog below.
