Liverpool tapas brand confirms opening date for new Chester city centre restaurant
The Bridge Street venue has created 24 jobs
A popular Liverpool tapas brand has confirmed the opening date for its new restaurant in Chester city centre. Salt House Tapas has taken over the former Boheme restaurant on Bridge Street.
The new venue, which will become the brand's second site, will offer seating for 90 guests inside with an additional 40 seats outside for al fresco dining, as well as a spacious bar area for enjoying a coffee or cocktail. Salt House Tapas will serve seasonal, contemporary tapas dishes, with the menu created by head chef Laszlo Nagy.
The venture has created 24 jobs. Salt House Tapas will open to the public from 12pm on Tuesday, November 26, offering both a festive set lunch and dinner menu, alongside their classic a la carte.
Excited co-owner Matt Robinson said: "Chester has a vibrant food scene and we’re thrilled to bring our unique tapas experience to such a beautiful and historic city. We can’t wait to welcome guests to our new home on Bridge Street."
