An angry motorist has been spotted blocking off a road full of infuriated boy racers during a car meet up. s to prevent the modified motors from getting onto the roundabout.

The bizarre scenes took place during a car meet up where drivers were revving their engines and popping their exhausts. Scott Pattyson, a supercar enthusiast, captured the intense ordeal on camera.

The 19-year-old had turned up to the event to see what cars were on display and to document it. Whilst filming the range of motors cruising past the car lover noticed the angry driver pull across the two lanes.

The shocking scenes took place at Whitehall Bridge roundabout on the A34 between Alderley Edge and Wilmslow. The likes of Cristiano Ronaldo, David Beckham, Rio Ferdinand and Wayne Rooney all lived in the area whilst playing for Manchester United.

More recently, the village has been home to current stars like Man City’s Phil Foden and Liverpool’s Virgil van Dijk. The miffed motorist was trying to stop the meet up whilst spectators got increasingly frustrated with their actions.

One shouted for the car to move whilst another ran towards the vehicle and attempted to kick it as it was moving away. According to Scott Cheshire Police turned up and put an end to the event that took place around 9pm on Sunday (October 5).

“The person blocked the road to try and put a stop to the car meet, but the spectators soon retaliated,” Scott, from Stoke-on-Trent, told Luxury Auto News. “One person walks up to the car and starts telling the driver to move. As the car starts to drive off another spectator kicks the car in anger.

“The purpose of the meet was for car enthusiasts to get together and accelerate up and down the dual carriageway. I think the spot may have been chosen as it is a national speed limit road and it’s mostly very quiet on a Sunday evening. There were over 100 cars that attended last night's meet that spread across Staffordshire and Cheshire.”
