New Asian supermarket opening date set in Cheshire first for popular brand
It's opening inside a shopping centre
An Asian wholefoods supplier is preparing to open a new site inside a Cheshire shopping centre. Luckee in Warrington will be the first location outside of Manchester - offering customers the same products and expertise that have made the brand popular across the region.
Luckee's business address is also home to the well known Chinese restaurant Mr Lau's, owned by Pamela Lau and Adamo Devoti. According to Companies House records, Adamo is listed as a director of Luckee, while Pamela stepped down from the role in January.
Luckee is set to bring its premium range of Asian groceries directly to shoppers. A spokesperson for Luckee said: "Our journey began in wholesale. After years of supplying restaurants and food businesses with authentic ingredients, we wanted to bring that same quality and variety directly to the public - right here in Warrington."
The new supermarket will stock an extensive selection of ingredients and products from across Asia, as well as snacks, drinks, sauces, frozen foods and fresh produce, reports the ECHO. Luckee's opening date has been set for Sunday, February 15, with details surrounding the launch promised in the coming days.
