New Asian supermarket set to open in Cheshire first for popular brand
The brand is popular across the region
A popular Asian wholefoods supplier is preparing to open a new supermarket in Cheshire. Luckee in Warrington will be the first location outside of Liverpool and Manchester, offering customers the same products and expertise that have made the brand popular across the region.
Luckee's business address is also home to the well-known Chinese restaurant Mr Lau's, owned by Pamela Lau and Adamo Devoti. According to Companies House records, Adamo is listed as a director of Luckee, while Pamela stepped down from the role in January.
Luckee is set to bring its premium range of Asian groceries directly to shoppers. A spokesperson for the brand said: "Our journey began in wholesale. After years of supplying restaurants and food businesses with authentic ingredients, we wanted to bring that same quality and variety directly to the public - right here in Warrington."
The new supermarket will stock an extensive selection of ingredients and products from across Asia, as well as snacks, drinks, sauces, frozen foods and fresh produce, reports the Liverpool Echo. Customers will be able to shop in-store, order online for click and collect, or enjoy next-day delivery across the UK.
Luckee's Golden Square store is due to open on Monday, December 1. Information on in-store events, special promotions and community partnerships are to be announced closer to the opening.
