A new craft beer and wine bar has opened its doors in Chester. We reported last year the new venue - named Wealstone - would be opening at a vacant site at the Weston Grove shopping precinct in Upton.

The empty unit was taken over by couple Tom and Emma Mitchell who already run similar venues in other areas of the city. Planning consent for the change of use was recently granted by Cheshire West and Chester Council.
